Camano Island Intimate Elopement Photographer | The Finery Wedding Venue | PNW Elopement
Jen and David’s intimate elopement at The Finery on Camano Island was such a sweet, heartfelt day, the kind that reminds you why small celebrations can be so special.
They were surrounded by just a handful of their favorite people, and every single person there radiated kindness and joy. It felt less like a wedding and more like a warm, intentional gathering, which made it even more meaningful.
The ceremony was a beautiful mix of traditions, blending a Scottish handfasting with the breaking of the glass. It was personal, emotional, and so perfectly them. One of my favorite moments? They played a quick round of paper, scissors, rock to decide who would go first for their vows. It brought such a fun burst of laughter and showed off their playful personalities in the best way. Another moment that stuck with me was seeing David FaceTime his mom during the ceremony. Even though she couldn’t be there in person, the love was absolutely felt.
From the thoughtful details to the quiet in-between moments, this day was full of intention, heart, and joy. I feel so lucky to have been there to capture it all.
If you’re dreaming up your own intimate elopement in Washington, I’d love to be your photographer.
